I originally found a family in Havana, then heat, rain and noise as well as assorted old vehicles, faded architecture and of course the Cuban people with their art of living taken to perfection and their talent for improvisation. Together they form the backbone of the stories I tell in my pictures and photographs, in which everyday life in the streets of the Cuban capital is documented with meticulous attention to detail.
